Q. How long will it take to have my order shipped?

A. Orders can generally take up to 5-7 business days to fulfil and postage time depends on your location and the time of year (i.e. sometimes postage is delayed around busy holidays such as Christmas). If you require urgent fulfilment, please Contact Us to discuss options. While we cannot make any guarantees we certainly endeavour to do our best to accommodate your request.

Q. What postal service will be used?

A. All orders will be posted via Australia Post. Postage rates are current and orders over $50.00AUD within Australia will be posted for free (Standard Shipping).

Q. Do you offer wholesale to businesses?

Q. Do you offer custom jewellery?

A. We certainly enjoy creating a custom piece. Please Contact Us to discuss your ideas. Custom pieces also include custom sizing on existing designs.

Q. I accidentally broke my piece, do you offer repairs?

A. We offer reasonable repairs for the first 6 Months after purchasing your item. This includes repairing broken jewellery and replacing tarnished metal elements of your piece. Repairs generally range from $5.00-$30.00AUD depending on the requirements.

Q. How do I keep my piece in the best condition?

A. Plated metal elements in your piece can tarnish if they are exposed to moisture and other substances. Please take a few moments to read through our Care Instructions to ensure the longevity of your item.
